What is a full BI Email Account?

This would be a second (third? 816th?) email account completely separate from your personal account (ex yourname@butlerinstitute.com), maintained on a different server. You would check it using your current email software by setting up a 'personality' or 'account' to check the other server for mail. You could receive and send mail from this full BI account without anyone knowing your other email address(es). There would be a nominal monthly fee (say $2.00/month?).
